Once upon a time, I was a prolific journaler. Writing has helped me process so much… and then things got bad enough that I stopped writing because of I wrote, I would have to face reality. This year though, I begin again, face reality head on, and reclaim some of my favorite things to do; intentionally feeding parts of myself that have been starved.

Gratitude journal is something I have journaled before and it feels like coming home. I had never thought to write things down that would make my day great, but I love the intention!
